Bags are packed I'm ready to go

Here we go. Catching the red eye to Hong Kong tonight with a day stopover then off to Nepal for the Yak Attack. We'll be arriving a week before the race to give us good time to get over our jet leg and get out for some riding before the start on March 3. Take a look at www.yak-attack.co.uk and see what this 10 day mountain bike race is all about. Stage 9 will take us to our highest height of 5416m involving a 4 hour hike a bike through snow. I've rigged up a backpacking system to carry my bike for this stage which will hopefully give more comfort. Some webbing, a carabiner and some Dewalt tool belt pads and I think this rig is a winner.
